Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Intense, concentrated cooked green apple with caramel, oak and delicate cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Moderate sweetness subdues the perceived strength of this 35% alc./vol. liqueur. Strong confected green apple flavour with caramel and toasted oak.

Aftertaste:

Green apple, caramel and toasted oak.

Overall:

Used an alternative to apple schnapps in cocktails or sipping neat on the rocks, Tennessee Apple may not be sophisticated but it's easy to enjoy.
