Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/03/2020

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Juniper, citrus and black tea leaves with delicate floral aromas.

Taste:

Dry and gently spicy. Green tea and piney juniper with zesty orange, lemongrass, and elderflower.

Aftertaste:

Long dry finish with piney spicy juniper, nutty balsawood and green tea .

Overall:

As the name, which apparently translates from Japanese as "The Way of Tea", suggests, Sadō Gin has distinctive green tea flavours which combine harmoniously with notes of juniper, zesty citrus and delicate elderflower.
