Appearance:

Hazy, deep amber with thick retentive head.

Aroma:

Brown bready malt, caramel and grassy hops.

Taste:

Full-bodied, brown bread, caramel stewed apple and moderately bitter grassy hops.

Aftertaste:

Brown bread, hay and grass.

Overall:

As wholesome as a wholemeal loaf with each gulp spread with rich caramel and a sprinkling of fruity grassy freshness.
