Flavoured with birch buds and elderflowers sustainably hand-picked from woodlands near the distillery. The birch buds are distilled with neutral spirit in a copper pot still then the elderflowers are infused in the distillate. Sweetened with a low percentage of sugar.

Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw yellow. [Sample bottle from batch No. 003]

Aroma:

Delicate elderflower and faint birch.

Taste:

Birch sits harmoniously with delicate elderflower with just enough sugar sweetness to lift and accentuate flavours.

Aftertaste:

Lingering elderflower and birch with very mild white pepper.

Overall:

Birch and elderflower combine agreeably in this delicate and light liqueur which is faintly sweet rather than cloying.
