Appearance:

Clear, golden.

Aroma:

Aromatic cut grass, overripe pineapple and lemongrass with lychee, gooseberry, sawn oak, and faint ripe peach fruit meringue.

Taste:

Grass and lemongrass with not quite ripe sour pineapple, delicate oak tannins, sweet tinned lychee and zesty grapefruit.

Aftertaste:

Sour grassy zesty grapefruit with overripe pineapple richness.

Overall:

A super fruity Sauvignon Blanc with tart grapefruit, not quite ripe pineapple and signature grassiness integrated by a delicate hint of oak.
