Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Pine forest, buttery boatyard varnish, and white pepper.
Taste:
Bittersweet with intense pine, lemon citrus acidity, and slightly maple syrup-like honeyed richness.
Aftertaste:
Lingering cleansing bittersweet pine with citrus acidity and white pepper spice.
Overall:
Piney bittersweet with a hint of bright citrus sourness and enlivening white pepper spice.
