Brewed with Marris Otter, Extra Pale, and Chevallier malts, hopped with Aurora and Cascade hops.

Allsopp's beer was founded in 1730 but died as a beer brand in 1959 until being reborn in 2021 by Jamie Allsopp, seven times great-grandson of the brand's original brewer, Samuel Allsopp. Jamie's quest to restore his family's brewing lineage has been made possible by his family's historic recipe ledger, the help of Burton-style brewing expert Jim Appelbee, and Aldwark Brewery.

Overall:

A sessionable bready pale ale with delicate fruitiness.
