Based on organic wheat alcohol nine times distilled, Seiers describe their Cacao Bitter as "a quite playful ingredient. Made from un-roasted cacao beans without sugar it is quite a dry bitter to work with. But it unfolds its potential when it gets a bit of sweetness from a cocktail."
