Caramel and floral camomile with fermenting grape must, acacia honey, and subtle zesty lemon.

Taste:

Black pepper spice and fermented notes with cream of soda vanilla, lavender, eucalyptus, and thyme.

Overall:

There is a pleasing rawness to this traditional Polish honey spirit that has flavours reminiscent of the raw ingredient.
