A raw kombucha made with fermented organic green tea, fresh oranges and cinnamon. This kombucha has a natural effervescence.

Ingredients
Filtered water, organic green tea, organic sugar, fresh oranges, cinnamon, and live cultures.

Appearance:

Cloudy, pale amber.

Aroma:

Woody cinnamon and orange.

Taste:

Cinnamon flavour but without spice. Orange if juicy rather than zesty. A subtle bitter bite from light effervescence.

Overall:

Well-balanced, not at all sweet (the sugar coverts during fermentation) and interesting to drink.
