Made with fermented black tea and a very quick second fermentation process to keep it relatively flat. This raw, classic kombucha has a delicate lemon flavour and natural effervescence.

Filtered water, organic tea, organic sugar (coverts during fermentation), and lemon.

Appearance:

Cloudy, orange amber.

Aroma:

Slightly funky lemon iced tea.

Taste:

Black tea with lemon citrus and a slight acidic bite.

Aftertaste:

Sour, lightly acidic lemon iced tea.

Overall:

Yes, it's lemon iced tea, but with an additional please funkiness from the fermentation process that adds a complexity of flavour.
