Bénédictine and Brandy (B&B) was created by a bartender at New York’s famous Twenty-One Club in 1937. The drink’s overnight success soon led to production of a pre-mixed 60 per cent Bénédictine and 40 per cent cognac version in 1938. Read more

Clear, golden amber (more golden and not as coppery as Bénédictine D.O.M.).
Mint, cardamom, cacao, apple wood, black tea and honey.
Much drier than Bénédictine D.O.M., the B&B is nutty (hazelnut) with nutmeg, cinnamon and gingerbread spice served with black tea moistened blackened fruitcake.
Cognac and honey dominate the finish. To fully appreciate serve with ice and allow some dilution.
