Appearance:

Dark golden amber.

Aroma:

Elegant nose with cooked apples in harmony with Christmas cake fruit and delicate oaky vanillin brandy aromas.

Taste:

Superb, beautifully balanced, complex palate with baked apple pie, grilled almonds, sweet apple juice, vanilla, delicate cinnamon and clove spice in harmony with just enough oak tannins.

Aftertaste:

Long, nutty, slightly overdone crispy pastry apple pie with lingering vanilla and spice.
