15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Keepers Jujube syrup*
Grate Tonka bean
Garnish: Nurungji (crust of overcooked rice)*
Method: Put the cocktail in a flask. Explain cocktail to customers using magic. Add the cocktail to the glass and finish.

Jujube 20ea
Korea pear half
Fresh ginger 1ea
Clove 2ea
Water 500ml
Sugar 600g
Add the ingredients except sugar and put them in the pressure cooker
Boil for 30 to 40 minutes
Mash jujubes with a strainer and sift out the all ingredients
Dissolve jujube water and sugar

Spread the cold rice thinly in a pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes until golden.Sprinkle with salt and sugar when done properly
Inspiration:
Our theme revolves around time travel and magic. It is about making cocktails after a trip through time, back to the year when Bols Genever began, to find a new bar team member. When we bring him back, the fun begins! We create our cocktail together as a team, and serve it with a bit of magic, tying into the theme, and giving our guests a truly awe inspiring cocktail experience.
We want a variety of fun experiences when our customers visit the bar. We combined the ingredients of Korea and spices with flavor that cannot be experienced in Korea, to create a unique cocktail where Genever is the star.
