Inspiration:
Inspired by Gioachino Rossini, master of works like The Barber of Seville, I chose to pay tribute to another of his great works: William Tell, the Swiss hero immortalized by his music. I created Triumph a cocktail that unites Italy and Switzerland. Italicus brings Italian grace and elegance, apple and elderflower cordial recall the purity and freshness of Swiss nature, and sparkling Riesling Sylvaner adds a vibrant note of triumph and freedom. Like Rossini's overture, Triumph is a crescendo of freshness, vibrancy, and courage.
