How to make:

In a Mixing Glass:
30ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
22.5 ml of hayman's sloe gin
20ml Elderflower cordial
10ml lemon juice
100 ml Tonic water

Mix and Pour Witht Highball Filled with Ice
Complete with a top of crushed ice

2/3 fl oz	Elderflower cordial
1 fl oz	Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz	Hayman's Sloe Gin
1/3 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 1/3 fl oz	Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water
