Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again.
Double strain and garnish with a lemon peel.

1/3 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
