How to make:

Combine all ingredients apart from soda in a collins glass, stir briefly to combine. Add ice, then top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge half dipped in salt.

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
1/6 fl oz Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Orange bitters
2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
