
Thin Pink Grapefruit Wheel. Setting #4 or #5 on slicer. Be careful around that thing!
In a shaker add all ingredients, add ice, shake, strain into collins glass with grapefruit slice in it. Add ice, straw, and serve, making sure pink grapefruit slice is pressed against the glass. Perfect for a summer afternoon, especially in Florida, but also works as an evening cocktail with friends.
1 1/2 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
