Combine 1 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin, .75 oz Batavia Arrack, .25 oz Kalani Coconut Liqueur,.75 oz Garam Masala Coconut Milk, .5 oz Lime Juice, and .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup to a shaker tin. Whip shake with a small amount of pebble ice. Dump into an old fashioned glass full of hand cracked ice.
For Garam Masala Cocounut milk, gently whisk 4 teaspoons of Garam Masala powder into 1 can of coconut milk.
