How to make:

英式早餐茶葉20g
熱水100ml煮滾泡20分鐘後過濾
煮成糖漿
早餐茶跟糖粉1:1

新鮮百香果10g
薄荷葉1g
用hand blender打碎,豆漿布過濾

新鮮的番茄汁果汁機打碎,豆漿布過濾
剩餘的番茄渣烘乾作成粉末

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Passion fruit juice
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
10 fresh Mint leaves
2/3 fl oz Breakfast tea (hot)
2/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
