Garnish:

Place 1 Luxardo Cherry in the top center and cover it with a Blood Orange Chip then top it with Pink Peppercorns Spray the top with Peach Liqueur

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a shaker except for the peach liqueur. Shake Double Strain into a Double Rocks. glass filled with ice.

1 1/6 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
1/2 fl oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
3/4 fl oz Pineapple sugar syrup
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Pineapple juice
1 dash Scrappy's Celery Bitters
1 Splash Peach Jack Liqueur
