
Orange peel
1. Add Haymans Old Tom Gin, Cointreau, Suze, Amaro Montenegro and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Fill up with prosecco.
5. Garnish with orange peel.
