How to make:

Ready mixing glass pour all the ingredients follow with Hayman's old tom gin 50ml, Giffard Creme de Mure15ml, Montenegro amaro 15ml, 2 dash The bitter truth orange bitter. stir it up 10 to 15 sec chill down the ingredients put in to any old-fashioned glass with the quality ice, lastly garnish with the fresh thyme.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
1/2 fl oz Amaro Montenegro
2 dash The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
