
Fresh mint spring and orange peel
Pour both Haymans and Italicus over cubed ice into the high ball glass. Peel two lemon peels and twist them into drink and place them in glass. Then top up drink by pouring equal parts of prosecco and fever tree Mediterranean tonic. Garnish with fresh mint spring and orange peel.
