
A slice of dehydrated kiwi and a pink flower (daisy, rose petal or other delicate flower).
Put ice in the selected stemmed glass to cool the glass.
In a shaker, place ice cubes in the large glass
Place the slices of a whole kiwi fruit and the 50ml of Hayman's Old Tom gin in the small glass.
With a pestle, crush the kiwi slices.
Add the remaining ingredients: 1 cL rose liqueur, & cL liquid cane sugar and 1 cL squeezed lemon juice.
Lightly mash again and shake for about 45 seconds.
Before pouring the mixture into the glass, remove the excess water (due to melting ice cubes).
Open the shaker and pour the mixture into the glass, making a double strain.
Finish by adding a slice of dehydrated kiwi and a pink flower (daisy, rose petal or other delicate flower).
