
A pinch of sea salt, I would recommend the "Fleur de Sel de Guérande" from Western France for its rich flavour and its taste enhancer capacities.
First, put your Nick & Nora glass in the freezer.
Wash 3 carrots, 2 oranges and 1 lemon, all organic.
In an vegetable extractor, put 3 carrots, juice of oranges and lemon, mix it all.
Strain the juice and leave it fresh in your fridge.
In a shaker, add:
- 35ml of Hayman's Old Tom gin,
- 15ml of Giffard Menthe Pastille (or another White Crème de Menthe)
- 50ml of the mixed carrot, orange and lemon juice
- Complete with ice and vigorously shake during 10 to 15 seconds.
- Double strain into the chilled Nick & Nora glass
- Drink while it's fresh, you can add a pinch of salt on top (optional)
