
I used an edible flower because the gin was infused with the dried butterfly pea flowers, which helps bring out the flavor and it looks fantastic on the cocktail!
Start with 1oz. Strawberry puree at bottom of glass. Then add ice. Pour 1.5oz. Ginger beer over bar spoon to layer on top of the puree. Finally top with butterfly pea flower infused Hayman's Gin using back of barspoon to float on top. Present to guest with the layered drink and stir to mix all the ingredients together.
