Serve in
Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)Garnish:
Lemon wing and a basil sprig.
How to make:
• 50ml Pallini Limoncello
• 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 10ml Simple Syrup
• 7 Basil Leaves
• 1 sachet of white sugar (optional for texture)
• Top with Soda Water
Ice: crushed ice
Tear the basil leaves into half, put all the ingredients in the highball glass,
Then mix well in the highball glass.
Garnish with a lemon wing and a basil sprig.
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7 leaf | Basil leaves |
| 1 barspoon | Granulated (white) sugar |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
