No GDPR doesn’t stand for God Damn Pathetic Regulations, although with the incessant emails about it recently, it may appear that way. GDPR is an acronym for General Data Protection Regulation and is long overdue and sensible legislation from Europe regarding handling of personal data.

All that legal stuff is enough to drive somebody to drink, so we present our GDPR cocktail:
G = Grapefruit juice (preferably pink) 30ml / 1oz
D = Demerara sugar syrup (2:1) 15ml / ½oz
P = Pisco 45ml / 2oz
R = Raspberries 8 fresh
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a raspberry or three.
