For the past eight years, Joseph has worked in the top tier of the UK's cocktail scene. His career began straight out of college, at the age of eighteen, in Islington's much-missed Wax Jambu.

Following a stint at Barrio North, Joseph moved to Bristol. During the two years he lived there, he worked in The Rummer Hotel and The Milk Thistle, where he began to establish a reputation for his skills.

Joseph's calling back to London came in the form of a job in The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy. There, he honed his hosting and hospitality expertise amongst some of the very best in the industry, and was a member of the team that won 'Best International Hotel Bar' at The Spirited Awards, 2015. He then moved to work at East London's most loved neighbourhood bar, Satan's Whiskers, where he worked for four years - progressing from Junior Bartender to General Manager. Renowned for its attention to detail and technical approach to drinks making, Joseph became its figurehead - establishing prominence in the industry by winning several competitions and bar awards.

As a result, Joseph's love for service and hospitality became a love for presentation, education and support - becoming a BNIC Qualified Cognac Educator and presenting in industry education programmes such as Jigger, Beaker, Glass. He is now proud to be the Woodford Reserve Ambassador for the UK, a brand synonymous with bartender focus and excellent education.
