Situated on the highest slopes in Gascony, at around 180 metres (600 feet), the Chiroulet estate faces due south towards the Pyrenees and encompasses 45 hectares (110 acres) of vines aged between 10 and 40 years old.

Michel and Arlette Fezas, took over the running of the estate in 1969 before handing over to Philippe Fezas, an Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist, in 1993.
