Fabian Cercano Pérez started his journey as a “Licorista” in 1994 by serving homemade liquor to regulars in a small tavern on the island of Tenerife. Soon after he met Elena Martín de Armas and together established The Old Liquor Store (La Vieja Licorería) on the island of Tenerife.
Fabian uses traditional methods and all natural flavourings with artificial additives.
In 2011, La Vieja Licorería stared exporting liqueurs to the USA under the The Old Liquor Store brand and in July 2015 premiered their new LVL by La Vieja Licoreria brand at New York’s Fancy Food Show.
