nginious! Is owned by Oliver Ullrich and Ralph Villiger who met whilst attending a WSET Diploma Course in London. Their first joint venture was a wine and gin bar in Zurich called 4 Tiere. The duo’s nginious! gins are distilled at Distillery Hans Erismann where each botanical is distilled separately in batches of less than 100 litres each. These various distillates are then blended together to make nginious! Gins.
