This Sunday 13th August 2017, a peloton of riders will set out on a 64 mile charity cycle ride in memory of Dan Townsend, the Chairman of The Benevolent until he sadly passed away in March 2017. More than £10,000 for The Benevolent, the UK Drinks Industry Charity, has already been raised in support of the ride but please dig deep for both Dan and The Benevolent.

The riders will set off at 10am from Ridgeview Wine Estate, nestled at the foot of England's South Downs, riding towards London. After climbing the highest point in Surrey, Leith Hill, the riders will stop for a short break at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking. The challenging route will take them across Box Hill, before reaching their destination, Treasury Wine Estates' HQ in Twickenham. See map of route.

The riders are warmly inviting fellow cyclists in the drinks trade to join them, to celebrate Dan Townsend and raise money for The Benevolent charity that Dan so actively and passionately supported in life as Trustee and Chairman.
