Winning cocktail: Dancing Bees
60ml Patrón Reposado
10ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Chamomile yazu shrub (several pinches of dried chamomile, 200ml yuzu puree, 200g sugar, 50ml apple cider vinegar, 200ml water)
15ml Passionfruit syrup
30ml Lime juice
Soda water
Add in all ingredients except soda water to a Boston shaker.
Add ice to shaker.
Shake and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
Top with soda water.
