Winning cocktail: The Last Frontier
45ml Patrón Reposado
10ml Patrón Citronage
30ml Smoked pineapple and ginger tepache reduction
15ml Freshly squeezed lime
7ml Vermouth
Chipotle salt rim
Rim a collins glass with chipotle salt and set aside.
In one tin of a shaker, combine all of the ingredients with ice.
Shake until chilled and combined and then strain into the rimmed glass.
