Winning cocktail: La Colmena
50 ml Patrón Añejo
25 ml Grapefruit juice
25 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Vanilla pod
1 Pinch black pepper
1 Pinch cardamom oleo
Castle milk stout beer foam
Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish
Combine all ingredients except stout foam and garnishes in a shaker.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
Spray the castle milk stout foam on top of the cocktail.
Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and a sprinkle of grapefruit dust.
