Leo was Born and raised in Singapore – his Dad is a Singaporean and his Mum Japanese. “I spent half my life as a Japanese kid and the other half as a Singaporean, trying to catch up on what I’ve been missing out on.”

Leo started working as a bartending aged 19 and quickly decided that was all he wanted to do. He has embracing half his heritage by working for a Japanese company (AP Company) owned bar at Tras Street by the name of ‘The Wagon’.

Leo’s Pisang n Sling

Glass: Sling
Garnish: *ice-cream
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

• 30 ml Plantation Original Dark Rum
• 15 ml Lime juice
• 30 ml Pineapple juice
• 15 ml Cherry Heering liqueur
• 10 ml Olio saccharum

*Ice-cream
5 bananas (diced and pureed) and 50ml palm sugar syrup. Freeze puree and run through Paco Jet machine.
