Michael is bar manager of Goode Co. Armadillo Palace and Orange Blossom Bar in Houston.
The black sheep of his family, Michael took to loving the cocktail world when he had his first negroni at age 22. Joining the hospitality industry was suppose to be a temporary fix, and grew in to a life time of passion. Ten years later he still slinging drink while helping open and establish several cocktail bars around Houston, Texas with no end in sight.
Michaels bellowing voice and approachable demeanor come through in every drink he has created. His passion for hospitality industry and its ever changing ways keeps Michael constantly experimenting with new recipes.
