Wow! Delicious. I agree with Angela that this is a fine dessert cocktail. For my cocktail, I used ⅓ “shot” of Single Cream rather than the ⅓ “scoop” posted on the recipe. :)

Thanks for pointing out, Michael. I've now fixed the rouge "scoop" measure.
