1 oz	Advocaat liqueur
³⁄₄ oz	Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
³⁄₄ oz	Pineapple juice
¹⁄₂ oz	Disaronno amaretto
¹⁄₃ oz	Single cream/half-and-half

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish with 3 drops of aromatic bitters drawn through foam head.

Extra creamy and very light and delicious taste of pineapple at the end.

Wow! Delicious. I agree with Angela that this is a fine dessert cocktail. For my cocktail, I used ⅓ “shot” of Single Cream rather than the ⅓ “scoop” posted on the recipe. :)

Made a complete hash of this over the weekend, added all the ingredients except the Advocaat! Still made a great cocktail. I hope its as good with all the components.
