Wow! Delicious. I agree with Angela that this is a fine dessert cocktail. For my cocktail, I used ⅓ “shot” of Single Cream rather than the ⅓ “scoop” posted on the recipe. :)

It was good but too diluted with 8oz of ice. Next time I will try with 6oz
