I have had this before and upped the lime as it was a touch sweet. Retried using Ferrand Tropical Dry Curacao (thankyou for the tip Paloma :)
This is so much better as the Rum and spices are to the fore and the sweetness is perfect without any modification.
Adding the Ferrand version as Oh My Gosh!
