I enjoyed this, I toned down the digest to 10 ml and had to swap out the e ginger juice for Rochester ginger (I’ll get fresh ginger next time).

Will make again but would tone down sugar even further, perhaps will regret that with real ginger juice?

I haven't tried the recipe with Rochester nor other drinks. I would recommend to decrease sugar only slitghtly, as fresh ginger juice really kicks.
