Ha! Now that Simon's corrected the recipe to peated whiskey, his next task is to create a cocktail using the Jim Beam Peach Bourbon I finally managed to acquire (after, yes, about 26 weeks!) in order to try and make this one :-)

Thanks, Alan. Now corrected to peated whisky. I was a little too hasty selecting options from our drop menu of ingredients.
