Very nice. I’m going to try it again with rye or Canadian whisky too - I always find bourbon a bit sweet. I added a shake of Fee Bros Black Walnut Bitters to punch up the walnut flavour.
Ha! Now that Simon's corrected the recipe to peated whiskey, his next task is to create a cocktail using the Jim Beam Peach Bourbon I finally managed to acquire (after, yes, about 26 weeks!) in order to try and make this one :-)
