I have had mine for quite a while now. I love it. The only problem is that the red on the markings has now faded to a light pink color. Getting much harder to read. I will have to replace it soon. Since I am in Europe, the post-Brexit import costs make it prohibitive to buy another one from the UK (or anywhere outside the EU actually). Too bad.

Thanks for the info. My wife is going to the States shortly. I will order a couple from Amazon. (I am assuming that they are selling the updated model. Is that a correct assumption?)

On our second production run, we added a coating to protect the raised red measure markings (we're presently selling our 3rd production run).
