Perhaps our good host could include a list of the top five or ten cocktails that benefit from being flamed?

Are there prerequisites or rules for a cocktail that can be flamed? I'm speculating that some ingredients will be better suited than others, for example relatively high ABV base spirits, and that recipe structure (simple and spirituous) might be important.
