I agree 100% with the adaptations (the 3/4 Falernum of the original recipe is too sweet even with 1 more dash of Peychaud). Perfectly balanced with lots of spices. Moreish. As for drinking this up rather than on ice, I had no issue with over-dilution.

Loved the winter flavours but lost some punch as it seemed over-diluted. Will try it served up next time.
